1) Chemical Spray Treatment (Internal – Flats & Offices)
- This treatment covers household pests like cockroaches, silver fish, red and black ants and similar other crawling insects.
- Cockroaches are known carriers of pathogens causing diseases like gastro enteritis, cholera, vibrios etc. As such we suggest you to avail of our result oriented spraying treatment.
- This treatment would mainly comprise of thorough insecticidal spray of the entire premises especially in all nooks and corners and other vulnerable places harbouring cockroaches and other insects.
- Please note that all the common areas should be made available to enable us to carry out a thorough and effective treatment. In case of treatment in the flat, the kitchen will have to be emptied completely. Similarly in case of treatment in the office, all crockeries and eatables will have to be emptied from the pantry
- 3 services in the interval of 4 months per annum will be rendered and the contract will be covered under service warranty.

2) Chemical Spray Treatment : (For External - Building Premises)
This treatment covers pests like american cockroaches, brown banded cockroaches, plaster bag worm, centipedes , milipeds, red ants, black ants and similar other crawling insects.
Mode of Treatment:
This treatment would mainly comprise of thorough insecticidal spray of the entire building premises especially in Gutters & Manholes, Common Portions, Outside Periphery, Staircase, Passage Area, Compound & Ducts.
Frequency :
3 services in the interval of 4 months per annum will be rendered and the contract will be covered under service warranty.
